Welcome

A six or seven piece band playing Dixieland Jazz music at its very best.

Ideal for wedding receptions, dinners and concerts. Its repertoire is large! You can enjoy the music of the Twenties, Thirties and Forties played with verve and skill! Music to tap your feet to, dance to or just listen.

The band has several first class recordings to its credit following engagements at The Barbican and several London hotels. The Band made its BBC debut in 1999, and its recordings are now often heard on local radio.

The Band carries a first class P/A system - good sound systems are an integral part of good performance - not too loud to interfere with your guest's conversations but just loud enough to add that important ingredient - atmosphere!

Choose from a great selection of music from ballads to blues to swing! Music from the jazz age, music with great melodies - you may also require a foxtrot a quickstep or a waltz - we have them them all.

A small selection comprises such favourites as: - I Wanna be like You, Hello Dolly, Mack the Knife, My Baby just Cares for Me, Wonderful World, Sweet Georgia Brown, Indiana, Ain't Misbehavin', Someday You'll be Sorry, and some Glen Miller numbers too! They really do have them all! They also have many of the Swing numbers from the Forties - Crazy Rhythm, It Don't Mean a Thing, Undecided, Satin Doll, Rose Room. Joint leaders David Cottam and Alan Spedding.
